Through our combined thousands of rural leaders from every state, we can ensure Congress and the Trump Administration know that WEP is the trusted partner for rural America and must be maintained.

Thank you for your interest in a Voting membership with MRWA!  Please read the information below, then fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Once your membership fee has been processed, you will receive two emails: (1) a receipt, and (2) a login and password to the Member Portal.

Rates Schedule: Our membership year runs from Nov. 1 through October 31.  Payments received after August 30th will be applied to the upcoming membership year.

Voting Tiers: Voting membership fees are based on the number of water connections in your system.  When registering below, please choose the tier that corresponds to your system size.  This information is subject to verification.

Member Portal: We are pleased to now offer this enhanced membership feature. The login and password received after joining allows access to the new Member Portal, where you can update your information, renew your membership, and add content to your listing in the online Member Directory.
